You will also need Claude Pro to do this, which is $20 a month from Anthropic and is not included in the price. If you are already paying for Claude, you are set. The whole point of the hour is a run that goes off on its own every week, and the free plan will not do that.

Getting it takes about three minutes on a computer: go to claude.ai, make an account, then Settings, Billing, Upgrade plan. Buy it in a browser rather than inside the phone app. The step by step is on your page the moment you book, so you have two weeks to get it sorted before the video lands. Reply to your receipt if you get stuck.

You are building it. Marc is not demoing at you.

Sixty minutes, and you keep pace on your own machine while Marc works on his. Pause it, rewind it, do the whole thing again on Saturday if that is when you have an hour. It is yours to keep, so nothing is lost if the phone goes off halfway through. Come with your laptop open and an hour where nobody needs you.

What you walk out with

  1. Your business written down where Claude can see it. Your trade, your crews, your rates, your cost codes, the way you talk. This is the part everybody skips and it is the part that makes every answer yours instead of generic.
  2. A run that goes off on its own every Monday morning. Pointed at your own city's council and planning minutes. It reads them, pulls out anything that could turn into work for you, and tells you roughly when it bids and who to call. It is sitting there waiting for you Monday morning, already done, before you have opened the laptop.
  3. The prompts, written down. The exact words. Not a theory about prompting. The ones we use, that you can paste on Thursday.
