The AI Blue-Collar Workshop

Five things we actually use at MAK, done live on our own files. Nothing to sign up for. The whole hour is below.

Recorded Monday 28 September. Nothing has been cut out.

What Marc shows you

Real files, real jobs, on screen the whole time.

01
The three websites we built ourselves. After years of paying somebody else too much for one that changed four times a year.
02
How a budget number gets built. Out of our own past jobs, in minutes instead of days. Not the bid. Spencer still prices those.
03
A job ad for a concrete finisher. Written properly once, then in five versions for the five places we post it.
04
Three months of crew hours, read back to us. Eighteen men, eight jobs, thirteen weeks, about two thousand rows. Marc asks one question about one man and lets it tell him what is wrong in there.
05
Where the work is, out of public records. Marc points it at a city's council and planning minutes and has it pull out everything in there that could turn into concrete work, roughly when it bids, and who to call.

Who it's for

Owners and managers of blue collar businesses. Plumbers, HVAC, electrical, concrete, GCs, anybody running crews.

One truck or forty people, it does not matter. If you do not think of yourself as a computer person, that is who this is for.

Liked it? Build the thing yourself.

The workshop is Marc showing you. The AI Build Day is sixty minutes where you sit down and build one of these on your own machine, alongside him. The lead run from number five is the one you build.
